About
The Metro District is a governmental entity governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The guiding parameters are legislated by the state of Colorado and the Metro District Service Plan. All homeowners are charged quarterly fees and property taxes by the Metro District. The District maintains District-ownen public property including internal streets and sidewalks (with snow removal in the winter), landscaping along internal and perimeter roads, perimeter fences, entry access gates, and the various common areas throughout the community.
As a resident of the Heritage Todd Creek Metropolitan District, you are also a member of the Heritage at Todd Creek Master Association. The role and responsibility for each entity is different. Please work with the relevant entity as follows:

- Common area maintenance
- Snow removal on streets and common area sidewalks
- Gate maintenance and access
- Pet waste stations
